Daniel Belizaire, of Flushing, was charged with various counts of capturing a sex act involving a child on a computer, sending photos of sex acts involving a child, child pornography and corruption of minors, police in Lower Moreland said.
The juvenile victim was accompanied by a parent when they told police last May that they'd been in communication with Belizaire, authorities said. A warrant for Balizaire's arrest was issued, and he surrendered on Aug. 30 to police in Lower Moreland.
Further details about the alleged incidents were not disclosed.
